It’s been a week since I kickstarted reconnection to spirituality so I wanted to check in.
I have been very consistent and only forgot to write in my gratitude journal one day. It’s starting to become a habit every morning before I start my day. In addition I am trying to fit in some affirmations at the end of the day as well when I remember. I have also added prayer in addition to my affirmations. Praying has not been a part of my life since losing my mother and my faith has definitely wavered . I’m going to try anyway. Have I noticed any changes? No , not really. Not yet. I am finding it easier to stay positive throughout the day and shift my mind away from any negative thoughts through the day.
How about you? Anyone doing this with me? Have you noticed any difference? What’s working and not working?
